Actively assist in the design, development and distribution of all offering documents and marketing materials of private equity fund managers
Provide ideas on types of potentially interested professional investors, come up with “out of the box”, i.e. non-traditional LPs if necessary for a fund
Assist in generating presentation materials and providing guidance on verbal presentation skills, when necessary
Refresh market intelligence through constant interaction with key Limited Partners and consultants, briefing our clients accordingly
Advise on secondary private equity positions with optimal discretion and support in order to structure the transaction
Assist companies to find financing (start-ups, growth capital, buyout situations)
